As a Market President for Opportunity Bank, Mike Phillips is the manager for three bank located in Billings, which includes the new site on 27th Street. Mr. Phillips has over thirty years of experience in all phases of agricultural and commercial lending including being a member of Billing's Big Sky Economic Development Corporation. Mr. Phillips holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Ag Engineering Department at Montana State University. In addition, Mr. Phillips has since graduated from the ABA National Commercial Lender's Graduate School held at the University of Oklahoma prior to graduating from the Pacific Coast Banking School held at the University of Washington.
